One caution on the numbers: Handy Home’s marketing image for this shed says 115 mph and 36 in of snow. Their written spec says 90 mph and 30 lb per sq ft. We’ve used the written spec above and left the higher figures out.
Not published by Handy Home for this listing: whether paint, shingles and roofing felt are in the box (their other kits ship without them, so ask us before you order and we’ll confirm), the box count, and crew and hours for the build. Kits at this weight are a two-to-three-person job over a couple of days; that’s our expectation, not theirs.
At 1,539 lb this is a freight shipment on a pallet. It leaves Camp Verde, Arizona within one business day and typically arrives in 3–7 business days; the carrier phones ahead to book a window, and you’ll want two people to move the panels off the pallet. Count the pieces against the packing list, photograph any damage before signing, and keep the packaging until it’s built: a return within 90 days needs it.
