About Us
Sosiom is an outdoor-structure company in Camp Verde, Arizona. We sell the sort of thing you put in a yard and expect to find still standing there ten years on.
The paperwork says Sosiom LLC was registered on June 29, 2015. What the paperwork leaves out is how the first seven years actually ran: no website, no cart. You met us in person or you didn’t meet us at all. We worked a limited number of states, and a sale was a conversation first, then a handshake, then usually a truck. Somebody had a homeowners’ association with opinions, or wanted to know how much snow the roof could take. We answered, and a while later we came back with the delivery.
Growing a business that way is slow. It’s also how you find out what people really need to know before they spend serious money on something they’ll look at every morning for a decade.
In 2022 we took the same business online and started shipping nationwide. The shop at 1655 S Sullivan Rd in Camp Verde didn’t close when that happened. It’s open now. Customers still walk in, put a hand on a post, and drive home with a receipt. The website is the same counter, reaching a lot further.

What the driveway years taught us
Nobody orders a pergola on a whim. It gets measured for and argued over at the kitchen table, and then it stands out there through every season for the next fifteen years. A shed has to keep a mower dry through a monsoon. A hardtop gazebo has to sit through wind that would flatten a tent.
Standing in people’s yards for seven years, we heard the same questions on repeat. How wide is it post to post, not roof edge to roof edge? What’s the roof actually made of? Will the freight driver call ahead? Does anyone need to be home when it comes? Every one of those has an exact answer, and a buyer should get it before the money moves rather than after. Plenty of stores selling this kind of product treat it like any other line item: paste the listing, hope nobody asks. We answered those questions face to face for a long time. Moving the conversation to a screen didn’t give us a reason to stop.

What buying from us looks like
We list what we’d put behind our own houses. Stock comes from the manufacturers and their authorized U.S. distributors, which is why the dimensions on the page are the maker’s own numbers and the warranty is the manufacturer’s real one. Nothing in the crate comes as a surprise. There’s a name and a street address on this website because a real building sits at the other end of it.
Smaller items leave us within 1 business day and reach most addresses in 1–3 business days. The large kits go by freight, usually 3–7 business days, and we spell out what a freight delivery involves before you order, so a pallet the size of a garden shed never shows up unannounced. If an order arrives wrong or damaged, tell us and we sort it out. Our return policy fits on one page, and there’s nothing hiding in a footnote.
Write to Contact@sosiom.com and a person here reads it and writes back. Call +1 (928) 449-5433 and you reach the same few people. The door and the phone keep one set of hours: Mon-Fri 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM · Saturday 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM · Sunday Closed. Sunday off is on purpose. People who’ve had a day off take better care of the customer on Monday.

Where this is going
We’re not building a store that sells everything. We’re building the name that comes up when someone asks a neighbor where the gazebo came from, and the store people return to once the yard is ready for whatever goes up next.
Since 2015 we’ve watched what people remember about a purchase like this. Whether the answer they got was straight. Whether anyone picked up the phone when something went sideways. Going online in 2022 changed our reach, not those habits.
That’s the short version. If you’re anywhere near Camp Verde, come by the shop and see the real thing. If you’re not, the website will do the same job, and we’d like the chance to earn the recommendation.
