Section 01

What we are

Sosiom LLC is an independent retailer. We buy finished goods and resell them, so Sosiom is the name of the store rather than the name stamped on the product. The brand behind any item is the company that manufactured it, and we say so on the listing.

Section 02

Where the stock comes from

Two routes, and only two: purchased straight from the manufacturer, or purchased from a wholesale distributor authorized to supply that brand within the United States. There is no third channel. Nothing arrives here through a liquidation lot, a gray-market importer or an unnamed middleman.

Section 03

Authenticity, stated plainly

What we sell is the genuine article. We do not stock, list or ship counterfeits, imitations, knock-offs or goods diverted outside the manufacturer’s authorized supply chain. Not occasionally. Not under any circumstance.

The paperwork behind that

Claims like the one above are worth exactly as much as the evidence under them, so we keep the evidence.

For every branded product in the catalog we hold purchase invoices showing where that stock originated, together with authorization or distributor documentation for the brands where such documentation exists. Should verification ever be needed, whether by you or by an advertising platform or by a marketplace partner reviewing our account, we can produce those records on request.

Warranties

A product that ships with a warranty is covered by the manufacturer, on the manufacturer’s terms, not on ours. What that means for a claim is laid out in the Warranty & Replacement Policy.
