Yes. What is on the listing is what ships. Screens differ, so a cedar tone or a powder-coated finish can read a little warmer or cooler than it does once it is standing in your yard. Every dimension we print comes from the manufacturer's own spec sheet.
The confirmation email we send the moment an order goes through is your receipt. The same order sits in your account under Orders, and you can pull it up any time on the Order Status page with your order number.
Email us before you pack anything. You have 90 days from the delivery date, the prepaid label is free whatever your reason for sending it back, and no restocking fee is taken out of the refund. The Refund and Returns Policy page walks through the whole process.
Usually, though the timing belongs to the manufacturer rather than to us. Tell us which product you are waiting on and we will ask them for a date, then pass on whatever they say, including when the answer is that it is not coming back.
Anywhere in the United States, free, with no minimum purchase. One order travels to one address, so a second destination means a second order. The large structures move by freight and the carrier calls ahead to arrange a delivery window.
