Sosiom LLC is a U.S. retailer selling backyard structures online: the kind of thing that goes up in a yard and is expected to stand there through weather and years of use.
We buy from manufacturers whose work we know. We publish policies in plain language. We answer the phone. Anyone doing business with a company they have never met deserves to know exactly who is at the other end, and that is what this page is for. Everything below is a matter of record rather than a claim.

Every time on this site is Arizona time. The state stays on MST all year and does not move for daylight saving. If you are calling from a state that does move, the gap between us shifts by an hour in spring and shifts back in fall, so the safest thing is to read the clock rather than the offset you remember.
Section 04
Where your order comes from
The business address above is also the warehouse. Orders are picked and packed in our own building in Camp Verde, Arizona, then handed to the carrier from there. No outside fulfillment house sits in between. Nothing is drop-shipped.
Transit depends on size. Parcel-sized items reach most addresses 1–3 business days after they leave us. The large structures move by freight and usually take 3–7 business days, varying with the carrier serving your area. Our Shipping Policy breaks down the full timeline.

Where the products come from
Stock is bought from the manufacturer directly, or from a distributor authorized to supply it in the United States. Everything we list is genuine, and the manufacturer’s warranty travels with it wherever one is offered. The evidence behind that claim is set out on our Authorized Retailer & Authenticity page.
Section 06
Taking payment
Card data is handled by PCI-compliant providers using industry-standard encryption, and it stays protected at every stage of checkout. The full mechanics are in our Billing Terms and Conditions.
